GYMS24 is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. As such, we do not sell physical products, and there is no physical shipping involved.

1. Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment for your subscription, your account will be instantly activated. You will receive a confirmation email with your login credentials and invoice immediately.

• Access Method: Online via our dashboard at https://gyms24.in.

2. Delays in Activation

In rare cases, if you do not receive the confirmation email or your account is not activated within 15 minutes of payment, please check your spam folder. If the issue persists, contact our support team at support@gyms24.in with your transaction ID.

3. International Users

Our services are accessible globally via the internet. There are no geographical restrictions on accessing the GYMS24 platform, subject to local internet laws and regulations.
